Corrections

Make a material problem easy to identify and correct.

We distinguish factual errors, outdated sources, broken links, accessibility defects, ambiguous language, and ordinary editorial improvements.

01

Report the smallest useful record

Use the contact path to identify the page, statement or interaction, date observed, why it may be wrong or harmful, and an official primary source when available. Do not send confidential, personal, donor, employee, participant, client, credential, or protected information.

02

Review against evidence

We check the page, source, current official material, original intent, and potential reader impact. A disagreement with an editorial conclusion may lead to clarification even when no factual correction is required.

03

Correct in proportion to impact

Material factual or safety-related corrections should be clear and timely. Minor spelling, formatting, and readability changes may be made without a separate notice when they do not change meaning.

04

No correction history yet

This is a new release. No material public corrections have been recorded. This statement will change when a material correction is published.
